Refund Policy
Adriana resort is always willing to try our best to meet your expectations and accommodate you appropriately. If you have any enquires or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us on adrianaresort@customercare.com.
Please note that Adriana Resort currently does not offer exchanges, refunds or credit notes for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If the item is deemed faulty, solutions will be offered in line with your rights under current Australian Consumer Law. If the item is deemed faulty, we may offer a repair or replacement depending on the severity of the issue. You can also elect for a refund. Shipping expenses will be refunded and covered by Adriana Resort if the item is deemed faulty. We highly recommend that all customers check the sizing chart to ensure that you receive the correct size.
How to return if my order is faulty
To Initiate a return, please contact us on adrianaresort@customercare.com with your order confirmation number along with photos displaying the faults. Our team prides itself on speedy resolutions, and we will provide you with the necessary information to facilitate the return as soon as possible. Please note that all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used when purchasing your item. Once a refund is processed please allow 5-10 business days for these funds to appear in your account due to banking process times.
